Returns Policy

At Sweetnana, you can return most new, unworn items within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original packaging and condition. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days after we have received and processed the returned item at our warehouse. This timeline includes the time it takes for us to verify and process your return (1 to 2 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

We'll guide you through the process and provide you with a return label if applicable. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
