Sweetnana Return and Refund Policy

Return Period
Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Customers must contact customer service via email (sweetnanaservice@gmail.com) to request a return, providing the order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Confirmation: Customer service will review the return request within 1-2 business days and send return instructions and a return label.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers must use the provided return label to ship the items back to the specified address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Return Inspection: Upon receiving the returned items, our team will inspect them. If the items pass the inspection, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative method with the customer's consent.

Return Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Processing Fee: A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all returns to cover handling and restocking costs.

Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Items that are damaged or show signs of wear.
  • Items without original packaging and tags.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.

Exchange Policy
Sweetnana does not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, customers must return the original item following the return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
