8. Order Cancellation & Product Returns
In principle, order cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted.

If the Size, Color, or Quantity Differs from Your Order: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the item via courier. The product price (including tax) will be refunded. If payment was made by credit card, the refund amount will appear on your credit card statement. We will process the refund within 5 business days.
