Returns Policy

At Sweetnana, you can return most new, unworn items within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original packaging and condition. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days after we have received and processed the returned item at our warehouse. This timeline includes the time it takes for us to verify and process your return (1 to 2 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply email us at service@sweetnana.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with a return label if applicable. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Sweetnana ships to nearly every location worldwide. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some items cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and your chosen shipping options. Shipping date estimates will appear on the order checkout page, and depend on the shipping provider you choose.

Please note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the shipping policies of the carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
